Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our “Vintage Mirrored Kimono Coat” is a unique, one of a kind coat. The kimono is made from hand made embroidery mirrored fabric famous from the Rajasthan region of India. One of a kind Vintage (old) embroidered cloth’s are carefully selected by us and mixed and mended and sewn together and stacked in a whimsical hand made way. The Kimono coats are lined with soft hand printed cotton fabric.

This unique item is a fabric & fashion lovers dream, and the coat is such a cool Artsy look. The coat is heavy and warm, and has pockets and a self belt. The coat is perfect for anyone Small to XL and sure to keep you warm and stand out in a crowd.
