Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our "Kimono Coat" is an easy & roomy cardigan style thats so comfortable and easy to wear and pair with most of your clothing items you already have. Its a fun going out to dinner, clubs or an art event - winter layer. The kimono coat is very unconstructed and uses the raw edge along the front neckline of the coat and the item feels more like a cardigan layer because its not lined or overly constructed. This coat belted is a great Big city power look. We are offering One Size and the circumference is wide and can easily fit up to XXL. (The model is a Small size)

This item is made to order in Los Angeles and allow for 5 days in making + plus transit time.

The fake fur is covered in shiny flakes / scales and the fabric reads very rich ! Dry clean only
