Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our “Regular Robe” shape is one of our most well known styles and a best seller.

The bottom is a straight fit and the center front has a slit that reaches to the knee area. The top has drawstrings that sit in the high waist/under bust area. We had added a nice detail with decorative beads to finish the strings.

This style makes a very elegant “dress” for a party or a dinner and also works great as a vacation cover up over swim wear shown here.

Size run: Its a column shape so the large runs small w max hip circumference of 44". the rest of the sizes are true to size
Care: The fabrication is ok to machine wash delicate and lay flat to dry (be aware - we suggest washing the dress inside a separate "care bag" is advised to not loose the deco tassel & beads on tie string ends)
