Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our “Maxi Poncho” is one of our best sellers and easy one size fits all.

The high waist/under bust area has drawstring from the center that pulls and ties in both sides. You can tie them and leave them hanging on the side, or use them to wrap around to create a “waist”. There are gathers front and back and this style is perfect for all body types, and has side slits to around the knee area.

This shape is great over a slip dress and can be worn to a party or as an easy day dress around town, around the home and perfect to be worn as a swim cover up.

We highly recommend any of our slip that is perfectly designed for this shape.
