Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our “Side Drape Maxi Kaftan” is a very versatile easy fit for everyone, and is one size fits all. The silhouette is long and flowy and has a hook and eye closure around the lower bust/high waist area PLUS a decorative tie.

There is a side seam, The seams run on both sides, which makes the fabric drape along the side of body and seams create shape. The slits on both side's of the body reach to around the knee area.

This body makes a very elegant statement because of its dramatic long look. The Kaftan is great to be worn as a swim cover up, over a slip dress.

To create a boho chic look you can pair with a tank and jeans or shorts.
