Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Spaghetti Dress" is an incredible dress that is sure to turn some heads in a crowd!

The hem sweep in very full and gives a very luxurious look and feel with a center back Godet. The back dips down into a V at the mid back point, the straps crisscross and tie at the back neck. This dress is worn best when all the under bust gathers are rouged in a forward motion under bust, leaving the side under bust as flat as possible.

The string that ties behind the neck and the tie that ties in the center front under bust area is one long tie string which makes it easy to adjust the dress with decorative beads at string ends.

The dress can be adjusted w ties to sit right under bust or be lower for a more sexy drama look.

This is a perfect one of a kind dress we are parting ways with. Normal retail $745 but we are listing this for $398.00.
