Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our “Cap Sleeve Dress” is a very easy to fit dress. The bust starts slim and the dress cascades out and the hemline is very full and flows when one walks. The front hemline is higher and the back lower. The dress has a small cap sleeve and the dress can be worn with a bra. The perfect summer dress to be worn for day, vacation or a special occasion.

We recommend layering over our “cascade slip” which dress is photographed over and the slip is designed to fit perfectly and has same cascade hemline as dress. See our “Layering slips” section. Pick the same size in liner as dress self.
