Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our “Dropped Halter Dress” is very easy and elegant all at the same time.

The dress has a dropped halter meaning the elastic in the back can sit in waste-line and the dress is more daring and perfect for 5'6 and taller. The dress can be pulled up and sit higher all around and therefor be less daring and more safe, and accommodate people below 5'6. The halter portion has a allot of fabric to have enough fabric and bust coverage. Its a super fab dress and it’s a very rich & fun feeling dress perfect for tropical vacation..

The model is a small (a healthy not skinny small) and we feel like this dress is a perfect medium and into large. Its a "one of a kind" dress and we only have 1 medium (we listed it as), in stock.
