Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

ORDERS DO NOT SHIP ON THE SAME DAY THEY ARE PLACED, they get shipped 48 hours after time of order, and you will receive an email from lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com to let you know your order has been shipped.

Our “Embroidered Gypset Coat” is a unique, one of a kind coat. The coats are made from hand made embroidered vintage fabric. They are works of art, made from carefully selected vintage fabrics selected by us and the coats are lined with soft hand printed cotton fabric.

This unique item is a fabric & fashion lovers dream, and the coat is such a cool Artsy look. The coat is warm, and has pockets on both sides of this reversible coat, and a matching belt. The coat is perfect for anyone Small up to XL (up to size 14) and sure to keep you warm and stand out in a crowd.

We have added many additional images & color options from models & clients loving life in these beautiful creations, to evoke the look and how to style this "fashion must have". Its perfect for trips, special Parties & events and can truly carry you from Fall through Spring with a very stylish Gypset Nomad Look.
