Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our Baseball is the perfect cozy stay at home item for the colder months of the year. The fit is loose and roomy and has sporty V-neckline finish, and a baseball hemline.

The fabric has a heather effect on the face of the fabric, which gives it that casual feeling. The fabric is thick but very soft & has an amazing hand feel. The fabric inside has white fuzzy fleece finish.

This fabric can be washed and cold machine dry.

We offer 3 sizes and size small is perfect for XS & small. Then we have medium and Large. Large can fit large and XL as the fit is loose and all about comfort.
