Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our Silk Robe is one of our signature styles and a longtime best seller. Designed in an elegant column silhouette with a straight fit, this timeless piece features a center front slit that reaches the knee for graceful movement and effortless sophistication.

The adjustable drawstring sits at the high waist/underbust area, creating a flattering shape while maintaining an easy, fluid drape. Crafted in the finest silk charmeuse quality, this robe transitions beautifully from day to evening — perfect for resort vacations, elegant dinners, garden parties, or special occasions.

The front slit measures approximately 20", and the column silhouette comfortably accommodates up to a 40" hip. Offered in one size, best suited for XS–M.

Each piece is made to order in Los Angeles. Please allow approximately 5 business days for production, plus transit time.
