Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our “Long Vacation Dress” is a column shape dress with a very easy fit because of its column fit. The front neckline has a slit and the neckline ties adjust around the back bodies and ties in a criss cross and ties around the neck and therefor easily adjustable. The center front has a slit to the knee area. The dress is made out of the finest Silk Charmeuse fabric thats a 100% hand tie dyed print and washed down to be incredibly soft hand feel with a great soft flow to the fabric. This dress is One Size and fits size Small - L.

Print Process: 100% hand batik dye and every item is made by hand and a one of a kind item & limited items will be made in this style. This is a creme base with batik web in browns along with green & turquoise details.
Size run: One Size
Made in: Garment is custom made in LA - allow for 3 days in making plus transit time
Care: Dry Clean Or rinse by hand in Luke warm water with small amount of detergent in the sink. The fabric is delicate so rise only, no rubbing. Hang on a hanger to dry and the item dries in 2 minutes.
