Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

NOTE this is Avail in NON-SHEER fabric Only, and made to order which takes 2-3 days max. Pls see our Harlequin Maxi Pocket dress for the "non-sheet" fabric.

Perfect over swimwear, or a slip dress and it becomes the perfect vacation and summer dress.

V-neckline and side seams along the side that "goes out" so the kaftan has a great circumference around body of 64+" and 50+" bust. It fits any size figure truly
