Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our "Batwing mid-thigh Kimono" is an easy throw on Kimono style. The kimono has a tie w deco tassel below the bust area. This pcs is perfect worn over swimwear, jeans and top, or a dress. Perfect for home entertainment or vacation.

Size run: O/S
Care: Dry Clean only, or hand wash and hang to dry. The fabrication is ok to machine was and hang to dry but because the item has deco tassel we say D.C or hand wash.
