Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our Long Open Front Kaftan is a very easy shape. It's a long duster kimono style and great over clothing or even swim wear. The kaftan has a small closure on the center front under boast area. You can overlap and add a belt...many ways to style and change this look up!

The kaftan is made in very small limited edition, as the entire process is handmade. The overall inspiration is a vintage look & the print is inspired from traditional West African cloth and has a very artsy look with a drip dye hemline and handmade fringe effect - made to look old. The kaftan is a very longer style and our model is 5'9.
