Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Goddess Dress" is a fluid easy to wear shape with a hand cut glass neckline detail at the front of neck. The smokey glass floral detail is very beautiful and gives the dress a very elegant party feel with long strands of various beads hanging down. The black dress ties, they tie behind the neck so its easy to drop or pull up based on comfort. Its a limited edition dress and each one is made to order, please allow 3-4 days for making plus transit time. This is a collectors items for sure.....
