Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Pillows" are AMAZING if we can say so ourself's! Fantastic thick Satin that feels and looks like rich silk, but is a washable polyester !! The front and the back of the pillow has identical print. The trimming, zipper and sewing are all superb quality and we are very excited to introduce more and more home items over the next few months.

Our signature prints are now possible to have on your couch as well as your body, and more items like throws and other home items soon available. This print has kaftans arriving in April 2021.

Care: The fabrication is ok to machine wash delicate and lay flat to dry for tassel trim to last the longest.
