Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Mid Thigh Lace Up Tunic" Is a very easy One Size fits all Tunic.

The neck has a lace up effect and deco tassel detail & rhinestone trim detail. The sides has a top stitch seam and fabric drapes on either side of the body and both sides have openings/slit at hemline which are 8-10" tall. The total body circumference is 56" and is great on any size body.

Fabrication Content: 100% Polyester "silk like" Poly Chiffon
Print Process: Laser Machine Print & this is an exclusive Lotta Stensson signature print
Size run: O/S
Care: The fabrication is ok to machine wash delicate and lay flat to dry, BUT size it has the tassel we recommend hand wash or dry clean for this style to no damage the ties in the machines.
