Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our new silhouette " Long Curved Robe" is a great light topper over anything. Its a great swim cover-up, or over any of your favorite staples. The front has no closure and the back is longer and has a curved sweeping hemline and the flow when you walk is very flattering, fun & feminine! Its a One size item & can accommodate XS to XL. The model typically is a small and wearing the one size robe.

Fabrication Content: 100% Viscose "silk like" Crepe. (light weight but not sheer)
Print Process: Laser Machine Print & this is an exclusive Lotta Stensson signature print
Size run: O/S
Care: Dry Clean (or hand wash with no rubbing at own risk + lay to dry.
NOTE: Don not hang this item if you do not want the garment to grown in length. This is a high spun beautiful Viscose, best folded.
