Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

ORDERS DO NOT SHIP ON THE SAME DAY THEY ARE PLACED, they get shipped 48 hours after time of order, and you will receive an email from lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com to let you know your order has been shipped.

Our "Baby Kaftan" is the "Mini Me" version of our Mommy Kaftan Selection.

This Baby Kaftan has a V-neckline and seams on either side and very easy pull on shape. It can go in a cold delicate washing machine cycle and hang to dry or tumble on low heat. Folds into a small napkin so easy for travels

To match your baby in this Kaftan simply SEARCH : FEATHER BAZAAR and you will see all the Mommy versions. (in the images the grown up's are wearing in order of image: open side poncho, slit maxi kaftan, maxi pocket dress and the last 2 are also slit maxi kaftan)

In stock right now we have a size perfect for 2-3 years old.

We can custom make any size, so in your order tell us how old your child is and we will custom make and send in 1 week from time of order.
