Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Eiffel Maxi Poncho Kaftan" is a very simple elegant LUXE print & shape to just throw on and Go.

It has a V-neck back and front, and seams inside the side edges and its one size fits all, with total 70+' circumference. The side seams stop 22" from the bottom and therefore has "slits"

Its wonderful as a kaftan around the home, on vacation, and also to entertain & enjoy a party in.

This as most prints we offer is a Signature Print and Lotta designs them herself and named it Amoulette.

Care: Dry Clean OR you can wash cold on delicate wash and hang to dry, or ofcourse rinse up in sink by hand and again hang to dry. Iron is ok and also steam either w steamer or in a steamy shower :)
