Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our new print Flower burst is a stunner and our “Side Drape Maxi Kaftan” is a very versatile easy fit for everyone, and is one size fits all. The silhouette is long and flowy and has a tassel tie around the lower bust area. There is a side seam on both sides, therefor a side drape the fabric along the body to create shape. The slits on the side of the body reach to around the knee area. The kaftan is great over swimwear and also skinny jeans and a top or a dress.

Care: The fabrication is ok to machine wash delicate and lay flat to dry BUT because the tie deco tassel we only recommend dry cleaning or hand wash OR washing it inside a care-bag, and lay or hang to dry.
