Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our "Maxi Razor Dress" is a very simple dress shape. The top area is more fitted with a V neckline in the front and a razor back, and the rest of the dress very loose and effortless elegance. The dress is not lined and is made using 100% silk charmeuse which is using a hand-blocked printing technique to make our signature desert sunset print. The handmade painting and blocking effect in this print has every piece unique and the imperfections, they are the perfections of this print. Each piece fabric takes days to make.
