Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

DETAILS

Our “Side Drape Maxi Kaftan” shape is a very versatile and easy fit for everyone due to its minimal construction, and one size fits all. The silhouette is long and flowy and has a hook and eye closure around the lower bust/high waist area. The Kaftan has Side slits on both sides that reach to the knee area.

The shape is great to be worn as a swim cover up, over a slip dress, jeans & tank and makes a very elegant statement because of its dramatic long look.

Pls note this silk is paper thin which is what makes it so incredibly soft to the hand and body, but also very frail. The shibori technique used to achieve this amazing vibrant indigo blue pattern is a very tedious hand process and has therefor left the silk appearing "very vintage" looking. The silk will have small "imperfections" some would call them, we love it and helps give it that vintage cool look of being worn many times before.
