Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our new "Mini Maxi Dress" is a short version of our best seller called : Maxi Dress. The style makes it the perfect but elegant Party dress. The dress ties behind the neck & under the bust with beautiful deco tassel ties on all the tie ends which is a nice accessory. The dress is One Size Fits all from a XS - XL, and fits medium to bigger busts very well. The dress has some nifty components called "HOOK & EYES" that makes you be able to change the amount you have the dress open (front and back) and to fit your body type best, and the occasion. Care: The fabrication is ok to machine wash delicate and lay flat to dry (be aware - we suggest washing the dress inside a separate "care bag" is advised to not loose the deco beads on tie string ends)
