Returns and Refunds

Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise. Send a return request to email: lottastenssonbrand@gmail.com or Or Text us at: (323) 896 9892.

We will confirm the return and give you the address to send merch back to.

Must be returned to us in its original packaging, with the tags still on the garment. After 10 days, and exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price and sale merchandise.

Please note that there is NO refund on shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship within the Continental US, and Internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Our “Maxi Pocket Dress” is very easy and elegant all at the same time.

The dress has a slimmer top with a racerback detail and has pockets which adds to the dress “luxe” look & feel, along with the hemline circumference being very full, it’s a very rich feeling dress, and our TOP SELLER for dresses.

Print Process: Laser Machine Print & this is an exclusive Lotta Stensson signature print

Care: The fabrication is ok to machine wash delicate and lay flat to dry BUT since there are rhinestone trim at the neckline we highly recommend washing the dress inside a care bag to not loose the deco stones
