- Lotta Stensson will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged,
or defective Full-Price merchandise for a full refund, within 10 days of
the date you received the merchandise.
- Please note, our return policy is different for jewelry and accessories. To receive a full refund, unworn, undamaged items must be returned to us within 5 days of the date you received the merchandise.
- Sale merchandise is non-refundable and returns will be issued
in the form of an exchange or store credit, within 10 days of the
date you received the merchandise.
- After 10 days, an exchange or store credit will be issued for the current
selling price on both full-price & sale merchandise.
- Merchandise must have hang tags attached.
- Final Sale merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.
SHIPPING POLICY/RATES
All orders are shipped and delivered
by UPS or FedEx on business days only, (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
We ship within the Continental
US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.
We do ship internationally, but you need to provide us with a UPS,
FedEx, or DHL account # that is connected to your receiving address and this
account must accept all duties, customs and shipping charges. Or, we can also

get shipped 48 hrs after time of order, and you will receive a follow up email
